I am a part of the customer platform team. As an engineer, I am responsible to build features that enable the Product Managers and Marketing team to bring better UX to Gojek users. Accomplishments: - Took ownership of planning, designing, and releasing 5+ portals - Increased NPS 5% to 50% in Segmentation and from 45% to 70% in Subscription portal - Mentoring frontend engineers across cross-platform - In Gofresh team, I lead multiple projects parallelly including a new dashboard for suppliers which I built from scratch. - Built dynamic shuffle card configuration dashboard which enables the marketing team to customize the Go-Mart App layout and built another dashboard to enable configurable discounts - Improving internal component library features and test coverage - Participating in pair programming and code reviews across teams

As a Frontend Developer, I am responsible for zoomcar.com funnel. - Created search widget in Web Components across all platforms. - Reduced Page load time from 5sec to sub-3sec which resulted in an improvement of 20% in conversion rate - Integrated Zoomcar PWA with B2B partner i.e. Phonepe, Ixigo, Flipkart. - Executed major sale changes in a tight timeline - Working on PEDL (zoomcar’s bicycle-sharing platform). Build and manage multiple pages across projects. - Improved SEO of the website which resulted in a 30% increase in organic traffic. - Developed PEDL's landing page (pedl.zoomcar.com) - Took ownership of career page built resume uploading feature using AWS lambda and 3rd party API. - Built solution for PEDL host program using Lambda function and dynamoDB which resulted in a high level of engagement for PEDL host program. - Took end-to-end ownership of a number of Internal Dashboard projects some of which include but not limited to are dynamic pricing dashboard, one-way dashboard, and retention dashboard. Dashboards were built using ROR and HAML. - Built templates for dynamically generating marketing, airport, taxi, and cab pages. Which is being used for generating more than 1400+ pages. - Developed lot of landing pages for different campaigns.
